11. Turn on the circuit breaker and set the power switch to the ‘ICE’ position. Operate
the machine until ice making stops. (Water will not be supplied as the water supply
is still turned off)
12. Set the power switch to ‘DRAIN’ and drain the remaining solution from the water
supply & water evaporator cylinder for 5 minutes
13. Set the power switch to ‘OFF’.
14. Open the water supply valve and set the power switch to ‘ICE’. When the gear
motor starts running, turn the power switch to ‘DRAIN’ to drain the water for 5
minutes.
15. Set the power switch to ‘ICE’ and make ice for 30 minutes.
16. Set the power switch to ‘OFF’ and pour warm water in through the ice chute and
into the ice bin to melt all the ice and drain the water. Then clean the bin with mild
detergent. Make sure to rinse the bin with clean water.
a) Remove the float switch from the cover of the reservoir.
b) Clean the float switch with cleaning solution.
c) Completely rinse the float switch with clean water.
d) Reassemble the float switch back in place.
