Precautions and preparations listed are for general knowledge and to define basic guidelines. Local codes and existing practices should be observed and preformed by a professional.

General Unit Inspection
Visually inspect unit at least once a month.
Pay special attention to hose assemblies and
connections. Repair any leaks and replace
deteriorated hose immediately to avoid
potential costly damage to your property due
to component failure.
With these simple maintenance procedures
carried out on a proper maintenance
schedule, your unit should provide many
years of trouble-free service. The procedures
should be implemented by trained personnel.
But, there are certain items that you, the
apartment owner or tenant, can do to ensure
proper unit function:
• Keep the area around your unit clear of
objects that may block air flow into the
unit.
• Keep objects that may block air flow
out of the unit clear of the air discharge
area – any blockage of discharge air
will have a negative impact on the unit
and on its ability to properly condition
the room.
Electrical Connections
The unit Serial Number name plate has
the required supply voltage, fan amps and
required circuit amps (optional electrical heat
amps).
The wiring diagram shows all field wiring.
Please review wiring diagram (see
Installation Manual) before beginning any
wiring.
The unit electrical supply is designed to enter
through the junction box.
All field wiring should be done in accordance
with all local codes and ordinances
