The  right  size  of  a  harness  is  an  essential  factor  for  safe  and 
comfortable flying. 

Therefore, take enough time to find the optimal harness size and set it 
up correctly in a simulator. The fine adjustment then takes place after 
the first flights, where you get to know your harness in real behavior. 

This table is for guidance only. The right size depends on  

  leg and back length as well as  

  buttock width. 

It is possible that due to these three factors a different size of harness 
is suitable for you as listed in the table.
