6 setting the date and time
Press the
TIME
key to enter date and time setting mode. Initially the input display area
will flash for the month.
To enter the figures for the month, press the
MEMORY RECALL
key
M
until the number
of the month you require appears. To confirm, press the
TIME
key again.
Repeat stages 1 and 2 to enter day, hour and minute in succession.

Wind the sleeve around the wrist The
display of the measuring unit must be on
the palm side of the wrist. The wrist must
be free.
Tighten the sleeve around the wrist. Do
not pull forcefully on the sleeve. Do not
tighten the sleeve too much.
