Saving Battery Power

For Windows NT, Windows 3.11, or OS/2:

Start the ThinkPad Configuration program.

Click on the Power Management (

) button.

Three buttons appear on the right.

Click on the Power Mode Settings (

) button.

The “Power Mode Settings” window appears.

Specify the timeout value in minutes in the Screen off
timer box or Suspend timer box.

Click on OK.
