About this document
This guide provides technical specifications and information you will need to
properly install the IBM TotalStorage DS4000 Alert Manager Appliance.
Who should read this document
This document is intended for system operators and service technicians who have
extensive knowledge of fibre channel and network technology.

Chapter 1, “Planning for installation,” on page 1 provides information about planning
for the installation of the DS4000 Alert Manager Appliance.

instructions for installing the DS4000 Alert Manager Appliance.
