8-bit SE devices that connect to the P-cable should tie the following signals inactive high:
–DB(8), –DB(9), –DB(10), –DB(11), –DB(12), –DB(13), –DB(14), –DB(15), –DB(P1), or select
Disable Wide Negotiations on the front Option Jumper Block and float the same signal lines.

8-bit LVD devices or SE mode, the following signals must be tied inactive (+ = inactive low, – =
inactive high): +/–DB(8), +/–DB(9), +/–DB(10), +/–DB(11), +/–DB(12), +/–DB(13), +/–DB(14),
+/–DB(15), +/–DB(P1). Floating these signals is not sufficient.
