with Power cycle after drive cooling restored..
Power Problem 2
Displayed when drive detects that the externally supplied
power is outside of specified voltage limits. Clears with
Power cycle.
Firmware Problem 3 Firmware error has occurred. Clears with Power cycle.

Hardware

Drive Problem Displayed when drive determines that a
drive hardware or microcode failure has occurred. Clears
with Power cycle.
Drive Hardware 5
Displayed when drive determines that a drive hardware or
microcode failure has occurred. Drive will not allow
continued use until power cycled
Drive or Media 6
Displayed when drive determines that an error occurred,
but cannot isolate it to faulty hardware or media.
