Displayed when drive determines that an error
occurred because of faulty media. Error condition
clears when media is unloaded
Drive or SCSI bus 8
Displayed when drive determines that a drive hardware
or SCSI bus failure has occurred. The error condition
clears after 10 seconds if the error condition does not
reoccur.
Drive or Library LDI
Interface

Displayed when drive determines that a drive hardware
or LDI interface failure has occurred. The error
condition clears after 10 seconds if the failing condition
clears.
Hardware Error A
Problem has occurred which degraded operation of the
drive, Does not restrict operation to continue

Clean Required C This condition clears when drive has been cleaned.
