Starting the LANAID Program

Before running LANAID, make sure that you have installed your
adapter as described in Chapter 4, “Installing the Adapter.”

Note: For Windows NT systems, you must boot the LANAID
diskette and use LANAIDC. See “LANAIDC Command Line
Program” on page 5-5.

LANAID options can be selected in at least two ways. You can click
with a mouse or other pointing device, or you can make selections
by tabbing to your selection and pressing Enter. Push buttons can
also be selected with

hot keys. The hot keys are the letters that

correspond to the underlined characters on the push button. Press
Alt plus the hot key letter.
