installed

drive

work,

disable

legacy
diskette
drive
function
in
the
Configuration/Setup
Utility
program
(click
Devices
and
I/O
Ports
→
Internal
Floppy
Disk
).
The
IBM
Enhanced
Diagnostics
diskette
is
a
self-starting
diagnostics
diskette
that
is
used
to
test
hardware
components
in
the
computer.
You
can
create
only
an
IBM
Enhanced
Diagnostics
diskette
from
the
Product
Recovery
program.
You
can
create
an
IBM
Enhanced
Diagnostics
diskette
from
the
Product
Recovery
program
or
a
CD
from
the
World
Wide
Web.
To
create
an

Enhanced
Diagnostics
diskette
from
the
Product
Recovery
program
partition
on
the
hard
disk,
complete
the
