b. seat the block and pump assembly onto the foam

2. Connect the replacement combi block harness to the combi block using the
, as a reference.
Connect the replacement harness to the CBI control board. Ensure that the connectors and
connections are secured in place.
3. Reassemble the remaining components in reverse order, starting with reassembling and installing
the supply pipe.
Note
Hand tighten union nuts
first turning the nut onto the thread to avoid cross-threading.
Install the replacement o-rings for the supply and return pipes at the block
assembly connection points.
Ensure that the o-rings are secured to the inlet and outlet sides of the union nuts
of the return pipe before connecting to the fittings.
Install the supplied retaining clip for the supply pipe.
4. Attach and connect remaining sensors.
Start-Up
1. Fill the boiler. Ensure that air is bled from the unit by opening the internal manual air vent.
2. Restore the domestic water pressure and purge air from the unit.
3. Check connections for leaks.
4. Turn on the gas to the boiler.
5. Turn on power to the boiler.
6. Turn on call(s) for heat.
7. Check connections for leaks during operation.
8. Perform a combustion analysis, and test for proper operation.
9. Reinstall the front cover.
