Referring to
B. Remove the return pipe:
i. disconnect the return pipe from the combi by loosening
the union nut (L)
ii. disconnect the return pipe from the heat exchanger by
loosening the union nut (M), and set aside the pipe.
C. Remove the supply pipe:
i. remove the retaining clip (N) from the base of the supply
pipe and combi block

ii. disconnect the supply pipe from the heat exchanger by loosening the union nut (O), and set aside the
pipe.
Removing the Block and Pump Assembly
1. Disconnect the pump cable:
remove and set aside the screw and top cover
unplug the ground, L and N wires
feed the wire through the side.
2. Disconnect the field piping from the fittings (R) at the bottom
of the boiler cabinet, discard the gaskets(S) and fittings (see
).

4. Lift the DHW Block and pump assembly out of the cabinet; remove and discard the foam seal (Q).
5. Remove the fasteners (P) that secure the pump and block assembly from the underside of the boiler
cabinet; retain the fasteners.
Reassembling the On-Demand DHW Block and Pump Assembly
1. Reassemble the replacement block and pump assembly:
a. install the combi block seal foam, ensure that the foam installed flat with no ripples
