6. Remove the front cover.
7. Drain the boiler from both the inlet and outlet side of the boiler.
Accessing the Service Area
Do the following:
A. Disconnect the following sensors electrical connections:
i. the water pressure sensor
ii. the return water temperature sensor (B) from the return pipe (A)(see
)
iii. the supply temperature sensor (E) and the low water cut off probe (D) from the supply pipe (C) (see
Figure 1

iv. Open the controller door and disconnect the electrical connection for the combi sensor harness from
the CX CBI control board at the back of the controller chassis (see
v. the five connections of the combi harness:
Outlet Water Pressure Sensor (F)
DHW Temperature Sensor (G)
Diverter Valve Control Motor (H)
Domestic Water Flow Meter (I)
DCW Temperature Sensor (J).
