6. Remove the front cover.
7. Drain the boiler from both the inlet and outlet side of the boiler.
Accessing the Service Area
Do the following:
A. Disconnect the following sensors electrical connections:
i. the water pressure sensor
ii. the return water temperature sensor (B) from the return pipe (A)(see Figure 1 )
iii. the supply temperature sensor (E) and the low water cut off probe (D) from the supply pipe (C) (see
Figure 2 )

iv. Open the controller door and disconnect the electrical connection for the combi sensor harness from
the CX CBI control board at the back of the controller chassis (see Figure 3 )
v. the five connections of the combi harness:
Outlet Water Pressure Sensor (F)
DHW Temperature Sensor (G)
Diverter Valve Control Motor (H)
Domestic Water Flow Meter (I)
DCW Temperature Sensor (J).
