3.3 Mounting and adjusting camera
This is a dual axis camera and thus a ceiling mounting instead of a wall mounting is
recommended in order to provide the camera with an optimal view. When installing
on a wall, choose a location and field of view that is straight in front of the camera
as much as possible.
To mount the camera, do the following:
1.
Prepare the surface for mounting.
Drill screw holes on the surface with
the supplied camera mounting template. (

). If you need to route
cables from the bottom of the camera, cut a hole in the ceiling. Alternatively, if
necessary, cables can be routed through the opening on the side of the camera’s
mounting base. (
