Start and stop synchronization

1. On the Today screen, click Start > ActiveSync.
2. To start synchronization, click Sync.
3. To stop synchronizing, click Stop. (Note this menu only shows up
during the synchronization)

Synchronizing your Music and Video files

Your device is able to synchronize music and video files from your
PC. This is described in detail in Chapter 7.
