Preventive Maintenance Schedule - for Owner / User

Daily: 

Routine Dusting - all surfaces

Monthly:

 Clean all surfaces and check for failed/faulty indicator lights.

Yearly: 

Check for satisfactory image quality.

NOTE: 

It is the responsibility of the user to insure that the equipment is maintained in compliance 

with the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule. The manufacturer and the 
assembler / installer are relieved from responsibility in those cases where non-compliance with 
the standard results from the user’s failure to have the manufacturer’s recommended 
maintenance performed.

The actual maintenance inspection and consequent service must be accomplished either by an 
authorized dealer or by a competent serviceman of the user's choice who has adequate training 
in those aspects of the Performance Standards of the Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act 
of 1968 that are applicable to this equipment.

Neither the inspection nor service is part of the equipment warranty. Please arrange for preventive 
maintenance with the Dealer's Service Department.

Cleaning

Routinely clean and disinfect all items which come in contact with the patient, using one of the 
products listed, or equivalent cleaner and disinfectant:

Saturate with disinfectant and allow surface to remain wet for three minutes at room temperature
