Assembling the flexible tube with the engine and the pipe support

Pull the key which is on the clutch housing. Insert end of the flexible tube (with the hole) into

the clutch housing on the engine until it locks in place. Release the key.

Insert the other end of the flexible tube into tube until it locks into place.

Make sure that the end of the flexible shaft is properly seated in the drive shaft seal.

CAUTION: If the flexible tube is not inserted properly, the square end of the hose may

not fit snugly in the drive shaft seal. Do not use force to avoid damage to the flexible

shaft. Repeat the same procedure until the flexible shaft and hose are adjusted.

Connecting the command cord

Connect the command cords to the two engine leads by inserting them into each other.
