Preventive maintenance

EcoSift

Operator Manual

809500

Disconnect the agitation pump hose from the hopper. Put the end of the hose over the edge of the hopper so
water goes into the hopper.

Turn

the agitation pump.

Water flows into the hopper.

Turn

OFF

the agitation pump.

Connect the agitation pump hose to the hopper.

Open the agitation valve on the EcoSift hopper.

Do these steps again for the feed pump and then for the abrasive pump.

Make sure that all connections and fasteners are tight, including locking devices, latches, bolts, hoses, and
fittings.
