The Innovate System Hardware User Guide

The instrument is manufactured in accordance to CE
Marked, UL, CSA, EN 61010-1, EN 61326-1, EN 61000-3-2,
and EN 61000-3-3 for electrical equipment.
It is the user’s responsibility to have the instrument installed
according to the local electrical codes (110 – 240V). The
Innovate is equipped with a 3-wire grounded plug
for safety. If your outlet does not accommodate the 3-wire
plug, an electrician should install the correct outlet or use an
adaptor to ground the instrument.
DO NOT open the instrument or tamper with any interior
components. The instrument cover should never be opened
while the instrument is running. Any replacement of parts
shall be performed by the original manufacturer. Opening
an instrument will void the warranty, and may cause a fire
hazard or electric shock.
DO NOT place the instrument around any liquids, or use
in a location where it may get wet. Liquids getting into the
instrument could cause a fire hazard or electric shock. If
liquid gets inside the instrument, unplug the power cord.
Clean the unit or have it cleaned by an authorized service
representative.
The Innovate System
Hygiena has done everything possible to guarantee that the equipment
functions safely, both electrically and mechanically. The user must ensure
the instrument is installed and maintained properly to guarantee safe
operation.
The Innovate system has been manufactured in accordance with
international safety requirements for electronic and medical measuring
systems. The device is tested by the manufacturer and supplied in a
condition that allows safe and reliable operation. Failure to follow the
instructions may invalidate the warranty.

Read this user’s guide carefully before using the Innovate luminometer.
Understanding the proper usage and operation is imperative for the safety
of the user, as well as the protection of the instrument. The Innovate system
luminometer must be installed and used in accordance with Hygiena
recommendations. Installation must be performed by properly trained and
authorized personnel.
Hygiena assumes no liability for any damages, including those to third
parties, caused by improper use or handling of the instruments.

Caution – Warns the user of a potential shock situation.
