When you enter the submenu system and select the “Swim Se ngs” icon you can select the
following se ngs.
1. WARM UP
2. COOLDOWN
3. STEP TIME
4. PREPARATION TIME
USER SETTINGS SELECTION
When you enter the submenu system and select the “User Se ngs” icon you can select one of
the unused “User Names” and enter your name and weight depending on which unit of
measure you selected from the swim se ngs menu.
