Clean-Room Conditions in the Analysis Chamber - Rinsing of the inner
chamber
Before starting a contamination test series, the analysis chamber has to be
cleaned in a defined manner by volume or time using the inner chamber
rinsing program.
Automatic cleansing of the analysis chamber
The automatic cleaning of the inner chamber causes the inner walls of
reservoir to be cleansed in a defined manner. The nozzle to clean the inner
chamber is located in the middle of the analysis chamber. It is activated via
connection B.
