H40

LUBRICATION

The design of the H-40 were intended to minimize maintenance, although periodically certain moving parts

need lubrication. We recommend that this periodic lubrication be done once a month using any general purpose

grease. In addition to the grease points shown, vise jaw guides and infeed rollers require greasing.

HYD-MECH recomends monthly lubrication.

Four linear bearings

with a grease nipple.

Roller chains.

Apply grease to the four places indicated on the

blade tension assembly.

(Shown with the cover removed.)

Apply grease to all four sides

of the guide arm shaft with it

fully extended.

With the vis(s) closed, apply grease to all four sides of

the vise shaft.

LUBRICATION
