Programming Feature Keys

- There will be a variety of feature keys you will want to

assign on the Operator Console. The most important key will be the Hotel Key.



Select Extension Program 07.



Find a key with no assignment, for example 26.



Enter 59 which is the FN for Hotel



Press Save

NOTE

: There is a HELP function at the top of Program 07 to provide you with

all the feature/function numbers for quick reference. There is a list when the
help function is accessed while in this program.

System Administration Voice Services Key

- Another useful key to program

on the attendant console is FN: 78. This key will take the Console Operator
directly to Voice Guided Administration Menu to access features like check in,
check out, auto wake up, recording greeting and variety of other options.

Personal Mailbox Key-

By pressing the personal mailbox key FN:77 digital

station users will access their mailbox directly without having to navigate
through voice mail feature prompts.
