Maintenance Tips

8.11.1.

Wheel Replacement

It is recommended to keep the replacement cycle of Wheel in order to maintain the Edging

Performance.



Replacement Cycle : 7,000 ~ 8,000 pieces of Lens edged

NOTE

Be sure to replace the Finishing Wheel and Polishing Wheel together.

8.11.2.

Drill Bit Replacement



Replacement Cycle : 500 holes of Plastic lens (Ø 2)

NOTE



Drill bit replacement procedure



Preparation

①

Press the ‘Replace Drill Bit’ button to move the drill ass’y to the replacement position.

②

Turn off the power.



Removing the old drill bit

③

Put a wrench in the Drill Hold Button.

④

Push the button while turning the jaw cap to find the position engaging it to the spindle.
