Designing Layout
Layout design can be viewed as three different works, selecting layout options,
inputting layout data, shape and drilling layout design.
6.2.1.
Selecting layout options
Frame PD
inputs frame PD value
. It’s automatically input when a frame
is traced on both sides by the Frame Reader.
inputs bridge size value manually. It is required to input the
bridge size when a pattern or only one side of a frame is traced by the
Frame Reader.
Optical Height (OH)
inputs OH value by measuring the OH point from the boxing
center of the rim.
inputs OH value by measuring the OH point from the bottom
of the rim.
inputs OH value by measuring the OH point from the lower
side of the rim where the PD position of measuring side is vertically
aligned with the OH point.
