Transportation and installation
1)
Transportation : Keep balance when transport the machine! When you
transport the machine with fork truck, please refer to picture 1.
2)
Installation: Put each mat down to the four ground holes, the depth into the
earth must be over 500mm, please refer to picture 2.
The Installation methods is that Please set apart the place for the groud holes
when the first
concrete pouring, put then the machine on the ground after concreting,
and then pour the concrete into the holes again, and make the concrete in holes solid
After the concreting completely, we will to adjust the level of the machine as per the
working table level, the tolerance must be within
0.3/1000mm away from vertical
and horizontal position. For the last step must screw the ground holes tightly.
