9-4 SPECIFICATION OF T-SLOT

The size of T-Slot on table as fig 4. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9-5 ADJUSTING TABLE SLACK AND COMPENSATE FOR WEAR. 

(1)

 

Your machine is equipped with strip adjustment to compensate for wear and 
excess slack on cross and longitudinal travel. 

(2)

 

Clockwise rotation the jib strip bolt screw for excess slack otherwise a litter 
counter clockwise if too tight. 

(3)

 

Adjust the jib strip bolt until feel a slight drag when shifting the table. 

(4)

 

Frequency-every 160 hours. Oftener of looseness is noted by operator. 

Inspection  and  adjustment  by  machine  operator  or  machine  maintenance 
man. No. Special equipment required other than Allen wrench.
