ASSEMBLY

Diamond Blade Installation

•

Identify Motor Shaft, Retaining Screw (E4) and Outer
Flange (E2).

•

Hold Shaft Wrench (H6) stationary. Rotate Blade
Wrench (H5) counter-clockwise. Remove Retaining
Screw and Outer Flange.

•

Seat Blade (H8) on Inner Flange (F3). Verify rotation
direction.

•

Hold Shaft Wrench (H6) stationary. Rotate Blade
Wrench (H5) clockwise. Install Retaining Screw (E4)
and Outer Flange (E2). Tighten.

NOTICE

When installing the Retaining Screw (E4), do not
“cross-thread” or over tighten the screw.
