REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

Seal Replacement, Outgoing Shafts

ProFlex has separate hubs. Pro 18 has hubs
and rims as a single unit.

Dismantle the circlips holding the wheels
and hubs on the axles and remove the
hubs by pulling then outwards. Do not
lose the key that sits between the wheel/
hub and the shaft.

Remove the spacers and washers. Keep
count of the number of washers, this can
vary between sides.

Clean the outgoing shaft and the area
around the seal from all dirt and rust.

Remove the circlip.

Insert a screwdriver between the seal
and the shaft and pry off the seal from
the shaft housing with a twisting motion.

Dirt must not enter the transmission since
this will shorten the transmission’s life.
