REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly
1.
Assemble the rear axle in the reverse
order in relation to dismantling.
2.
Grease the axles for protection against
corrosion before the wheels are fitted.
3.
The spacer sleeves on the inside of the
wheels on the rear axle are of the same
length on both sides 35 mm. Do not mix
these up with the spacer sleeves for the
front axle.
4.
Pipe couplings are lightly oiled before
assembly.
5.
Fill with oil and vent the entire hydraulic
system according to “Bleeding the drive
system”.
6.
Check and adjust the speed coordination
between the front wheels and rear
wheels according to the separate
instruction.
Synchronising front and rear wheel drives
The front and rear wheel drive must be
synchronised so that the speed between the
front and rear wheels is correct when
cornering.
In order to avoid measurement error due to
rollback on the differential wheels, two of the
machine’s wheel must make contact with the
ground.
Ensure the steering wheel position does not
change while work is in progress.
The measurement should be made using
Husqvarna's laser tachometer. Max.
deviation is 5 %.
1.
Check that the synchronisation link is fitted
in the top hole on the front axle’s arm.
2.
Set the steering wheel in the centre
position. Use a straight edge or the like.
