REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble Bearings
1� Fit a new bearing to the gear wheel
by pressurise the outer ring of the
bearing with a workshop press and
then fit retaining ring.
2� Assemble the spacer to the gear
wheel at the same side as the
retaining ring and with the beveled
edge pointing upwards, slide it
towards its place�
3� Flip the pivoting arm over to the
other side and and make sure that
the spacer slides into the recessed
hole. Grease and fit new o-rings
and assemble the axis with a
workshop press�
4� Flip the pivoting arm over to the
other side and fasten the axis with
the lock screw�
5� Fit a new bearing to the lid by
pressurise the outer ring of the
bearing with a workshop press�
6� Grease and fit a new o-ring and
assemble the ring�
7� Use a workshop press to fit the
axle wheel to the arm� Use one
collar that pressurize the axis of
the axle wheel and one collar that
pressurize the inner ring of the
bearing that is mounted to the
arm� Jiggle the arm back and forth
so the cogs goes together�
