17.5.15 Installing the clutch basket

17 ENGINE

Mount collar sleeve

and needle bearing

Slide clutch basket

onto the gearbox main shaft. Turn the

oil pump gear until the gear teeth of the clutch basket mesh.

Slide on washer

and inner clutch hub

Position the new lock washer and mount nut (3. Tighten the

nut, holding the inner clutch hub with a special tool.
