10.3 Sound Measurements
Products are tested for sound pressure level in accordance with ISO 3744 for the
sound power level (L

) and ISO 11204 for the sound pressure level (L

operator’s location. The required sound specifications, per Annex VIII, European
Directive 2006/42/EC of the EC Machine Regulations, are:

Products are tested for hand/arm vibration (HAV) level and whole body vibration in
accordance with ISO 5349, EN 1033, and ISO 2631 where applicable.
