Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The product does not
start.
The emergency stop button is engaged. Turn the emergency stop button on the con-
trol panel clockwise to disengage.
The thermal overload protector is engaged. Reset the thermal overload protector.
The product is not
easy to hold on to.
Defective component. Read the error code. Refer to Error codes on
page 18
.
If you cannot solve the problem, speak to an
approved Husqvarna service agent.
Error codes
Blink frequency Cause Action
1 The batteries are not connected or
the battery voltage is too low.
Do a check of the battery connection.
Do a check of the charger connection.
Make sure that the batteries are not damaged.
2 Incorrect AC power input. Make sure that the AC input cord is connected between
the charger and the AC outlet.
Make sure that the power plug is correctly connected to
the mains.
3 To high temperature in the charger. The charger is to hot and have the entered protective
mode. Move the product to a location with a sufficient
airflow.
Disconnect the charger. Wait for 20 minutes and connect
the charger.
4 To high temperature in the battery. When the battery temperature is higher than the set val-
ue, the charger decrease the current or stop charge.
When the battery temperature drops, the charger start
automatically.
5 The output current is to high. Speak to an approved servicing dealer.
6 The battery voltage is to high. Make sure that the correct output battery voltage is con-
nected.
