To clean the product
• Always clean all the equipment after use.
• Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
• Keep the air openings clean and clear to make
sure that the product always has sufficiently cool
temperature.
Note:
Do not use compressed air to clean below the
grinding head.
To replace the flexible coupling
1. Pull out the key of the operator presence control.
2. BG 250: Disconnect the power cord.
3. Remove the grinding disc.
4. Remove the adapter plate (A), the spacer bushings
(B), the bolts (C) and the bushings (D).

5. Remove the flexible coupling (E), the bushings (F)
and the bolts (G) from the bearing unit (H).
6. Install in the opposite sequence. Install 1 new
flexible coupling and 12 new bushings.
To do a check of the brush strip
• Make sure that the brush strip is not damaged and
that it seals tightly against the floor.
To replace the pulleys BG 250
1. Stop the product. Refer to
250 on page 47
.
2. Put the product on level ground.
