6.3 Loop signal strength
When measuring loop signal strength the mower
should be placed in the charging station. Use menu
function Charging station (5-3-3) to check that the
signal strength is within the expected values. The
test provides a quick answer to if the charging
station generates all signals and the mower can
detect these signals.
To check the value of the signal strength in the test,
the Loop (5-1-3) menu function can be used. See
“Loop (5-1-3)” on page 23 .
For satisfactory operation the signal strength in the
charging station should be as per Table 14 below.

6.4 Troubleshooting loop signal
Always start by checking the LED in the charging
station. This usually provides a good indication of
where troubleshooting should begin.

For errors in the charging station follow the
instructions below: An LED flashing in several
different colors simultaneously in charging station
indicates a fault in the voltage level, refer to ”6.2.6
Miscellaneous symptoms”.
6.4.1 Solid green light
The LED in the charging station is solid green, but
neither the front or rear loop sensor detects any
loop signal:
1. Generate a new loop signal, see “3.11
New loop signal” on page 35 . The
connection between charging station and
mower is restored and a new period in the
loop signal is selected. Test run the mower
and continue with step 2 if the mower still
cannot find the loop signal for the loop.
2. Replace the circuit board in the charging
station, see “5.5 Replacing the circuit
board, charging station” on page 57 .
