1x radiator protection, right
4x damping rubbers
1x spacer
3x bushing
1x collar screw M6x25
3x collar screw M6x20
2x cap head screw M6x12
2x hexagon nut
Preparatory work
- Take off the seat (see the Owner’s Manual).
- Take off the side cover (see the Owner’s Manual).
Preassembly
- Mount damping rubbers
as shown on left radiator protection
and on right radiator protection
(all included).
- Mount bushing
and bushings
(all included) as shown on left
radiator protection
and on right radiator protection
.
Assembly, left-hand side
- Remove locking cap
.
- Remove screw
.
- Position left radiator protection
.
- Mount screws
(included) and tighten to 12 Nm.
Assembly, right-hand side
- Remove screw
.
NOTE
For easier assembly, pull off the radiator hose and hang facing up-
ward so that no coolant can run out.
- Remove screw
