Fault Cause Solution
The pump cannot
achieve the maximum
degree of vacuum.
The lube oil is bad.
After replacing the oil, re-set the
maximum degree of vacuum
There is not enough oil in the
tank.
Add oil up to the desired level.
Leakage in the oil hose. Replace or repair the oil hose.
The sealing of the suction pipe
is broken.
Check the sealing of the pipe and
the connection to eliminate
leakage.
The mesh filter of the air inlet
valve is clogged. Clean the mesh filter of the air
inlet valve.
The air intake valve shutter is
jammed. Check if the air inlet valve is
operating freely.
Leakage in the oil seal. Replace the oil seal.
The blade is curved, the
surface of the gutter is uneven.
Replace the blade.
Internal wear.
Replace a worn-out part or adjust
the machine.
The pump does not start.
Voltage is low or a fuse is
blown.
Check voltage and fuse.
The pump or motor seizes.
Remove the fan cover, try to turn
the motor manually, then set the
cause of the jam.
The starting or operating
current of the pump is
too high.
The tank is full of oil or the oil
grade is not suitable.
Check oil level and grade.
Because of the low
temperature, the lubricating oil
has become too viscous.
Replace with oil of lower
viscosity. At an ambient
temperature of less than 5°C,
heat the oil before starting.
