INTRODUCTION
The present Operation manual is intended for familiarization with arrangement, rules
of installation and operation of the refrigerated table.
Installation, start-up and adjustment and maintenance of the table can be done by
service centers of Suppliers and Sellers of the process equipment as well as other companies
involved in maintenance upon instructions of manufacturer.
The present manual includes the certificate data.
ATTENTION! Make sure to thoroughly read the present Operation manual
prior to start-up of the product.

GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1
PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT
Refrigerated tables (hereinafter, the tables) are intended for the short-term storage of
cooled (frozen and defrosted) food-stuff, as well as for food processing at the trade and public
catering companies.
Tables are intended for operation indoor, in the premises with natural ventilation at the
ambient temperature:
- for PRC-G tables from plus 12 ° C to plus 40 ° C
- for PRC-GV tables from plus 12 ° C to plus 32 ° C
- for PFC-G tables from plus 12 ° C to plus 25 ° C
And maximum relative humidity 80%.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
1.2.1
Tables are split into middle-temperature HKN PRC and low-temperature
HKN PFC ones according to the temperature mode of operation.

The main technical properties of tables are presented in table 1.

ARRANGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT
Structurally the refrigerated table consists of the body and refrigerating machine (unit)
located at the table right side.
The internal volume of the body is closed with doors at the front. Each door is
equipped with magnetic insert ensuring tight adjoining of the doors and the body.
Food-stuff is placed inside the internal compartments of refrigerated volume in the
food storage containers or on the shelves.
Refrigerating unit is made as a single block, in the top part of which an evaporator is
located, while compressor and condenser are located in the bottom part. Refrigerating unit is
closed with a separate door, on which the controls are located: switch and electronic block
controlling operation of refrigerating unit and indicating temperature in the internal volume.
The following types of refrigerate tables are manufactured:
- series G. Main components: body (except for external rear and bottom casings made
of galvanized steel), doors, table top, door of refrigerating unit are made of stainless steel.
- series S. Specified main components are made of painted galvanized steel, except for
the table top made of stainless steel.
