2. OPERATION MANUAL
1. The power part of the pasta cooker is equipped with two thermostats; they can be used
individually or jointly. The left thermostat shall be used for controlling the temperature in the
tank on the left. The right thermostat shall be used for controlling the temperature in the tank
on the right.
2. Plug the equipment into the socket and energize it; the green indicator shall turn on. Turn
the temperature adjuster clockwise to reach the required value on the temperature scale; the
amber indicator shall turn on and the green indicator shall turn off. This means the tubular
electric heater has started operating. Upon reaching the required temperature, the tempera-
ture adjuster can automatically turn off the power; the green indicator shall be on, the amber
indicator shall be off. Meanwhile, the tubular heater shall stop operating. After the tempera-
ture drops a little, the temperature adjuster shall automatically turn on the power; at the same
time, the amber indicator shall turn on and the green indicator shall turn off; the tubular heater
shall resume heating; the temperature shall rise. Thus, the operation shall be carried out con-
tinually to maintain the temperature within the set range.
3. The pasta cooker allows setting the temperature in the required mode to match your pref-
erences.
4. Should any deviations from the standard mode be observed in the pasta cooker operation,
the equipment should be immediately turned off and examined for faults. After repairing, the
equipment can be used again.
