ADJUSTING THE SHADE
Verify Shade Height
Raise and lower the shade several times.
If the height is incorrect or the bottom rail is not level, use the following steps
to correct.
Shade Height Adjustment
Shade height and adjustments to level the bottom rail can
be made by adjusting the cord on the underside of the
bottom rail.

" Headrails:
Adjust the height and level of the bottom rail by sliding the
buckle up or down on the tape.
Locate the buckle seated in a pocket on the
bottom rail.
Pull on the excess cord to remove the buckle from the
pocket as you lift up the rail.
Unthread one loop of the tape by pulling it out of the
top slot.
Slide the buckle along the tape to change the length of
the shade and to level the bottom rail.
After adjusting, thread the tape back through the
top slot of the buckle to lock the buckle’s position.
Before inserting the buckle back into its pocket,
pull the end of the tape over the top of the
buckle and then down.
Check your adjustment by making sure the shade
stacks evenly when raised to the top.
Once you are certain you have made the fi nal
adjustment and have fully inserted the buckle into the
pocket, trim the tape fl ush with the buckle and bottom
rail.

Locate the ferrule, seated in a pocket in the bottom rail.
Remove the ferrule by pulling on the excess cord. If the
cord has been trimmed, you will need to use needlenose pliers to access it.
