Warranty
During the warranty period Hummingbird warrants the bike to be free from any defect in materials or
workmanship used at the time of manufacture. Your Hummingbird warranty commences from the date of
purchase.

Read your owners manual and follow the recommendations for inspection and servicing ensuring you keep
records of all service, repair or warranty repairs completed on your Hummingbird
Ensure that the way you use your Hummingbird is not classed as ‘misuse’ by following the guidance
provided in your user manual
Keep your sales invoice in a safe place for future reference
WHAT WE WILL COVER
Your Hummingbird frame and swing arm components are covered for 5 years.
Other non-wearing parts (crank arms, calipers, seat post, folding stem etc.) are covered for 1 year.
WHAT WE WILL DO
Any part found to be defective during this period will be repaired or replaced by Hummingbird. This is the
sole remedy offered under this warranty and any part replaced under the warranty terms will be covered
for the remaining warranty period of the bike
Hummingbird may, at its discretion, make repairs to or replace defective parts falling outside of the
warranty period, however such work shall not be deemed any admission of liability
