Troubleshooting

Cause
1. Power plug is not well
connected.
1. Water tank is empty.
2. Float sensor is not attached
to water tank.
1. The water in the tank is not
clean.
1. The water level inside water
tank is too high.
1. There is deposit of scale on
atomizer.
1. Over filled water tank or
release valve stuck.
1. Water tank is not attached
to base properly.
Treatment
1. Reconnect the plug properly.
1. Pour water into water tank.
2. Attach water tank to the
base properly so that float
sensor is connected to water
tank.
1. Open tank cap and leave it
in open air for 12 hours, then
wash tank and refill with clean
water.
1. Pour out water inside
reservoir and close tank cap
tightly.
1. Clean atomizer and refill
water tank with clean water.
1. Adjust the water level,
make sure cap is screwed on
correctly & the release valve
spring is functioning. Ensure
that the dots on base & tank
line up.
1. Attach water tank to base
properly making sure tank &
base are aligned.
Fault
Press power button, but
indicator light does not
light up.
Indicator light is on and wind
blows but there is no mist
released.
Mist has an odor.
Indicator light is on, but
both wind and mist are not
produced.
Mist level remains low.
Flashing light.
Mist leaks out from the
water tank.
