The handset flashes white and „New msgs“ is shown on the display if new messages were

recorded.

Playing a message

Press button to select the menu “Message”

Play recording

Press

(left softkey)

The number of new messages and the number of saved messages is shown.

Messages are played back.

Note:

If you would like to listen to the messages via the device loudspeaker, press

SPK

(left

softkey) during playback.

If you would like to delete a message during playback, press

Clear

(right softkey).

Note:

For better separation of the recorded messages in new and old messages “New message”

or “Old message” is shown on the display.

Deleting all old messages

Press button to select the menu “Message”

You can record a memo which is played as a normal message.
