Slow speed or intermittent operation
If you notice that the router's transmission speed is slow or that operation is
intermittent, make sure the transmit and receive cable connectors are finger tight.
(Make sure connectors are properly aligned-not cross threaded, and finger tight with
no play.)
Viewing problem-related statistics
Note: The Detailed Problem Statistics page and link are present on your HX90 only if
they have been enabled by the NOC.
You can use the Detailed Problem Statistics page to view selected operational
statistics recorded over a recent specific hourly time frame. Very likely you will not
understand all of the statistics presented. The statistics displayed are primarily
intended for use by a service provider representative who may be assisting you in
troubleshooting a specific problem.
To view statistics:
1. Click
Detailed Problem Statistics
on the System Control Center home page—or in
the left panel of other System Control Center pages.
The Detailed Problem Statistics page appears.

2. From the drop-down list above the Get Statistics button, select a category of
statistics (for example, TCP Acceleration).
