mple, with regard to the permissible wear and tear of the wearing parts.

  Wearing parts are:

  - springs

  - safety padding incl. frame mounting

  - stand covers

  - jumping mat

•    The trampoline is intended for indoor use. The jumping mat and the safety pad-

ding should be replaced after 3 years if used regularly.

•    Be aware of the fact that a trampoline’s connecting springs can generate tre-

mendous elasticity and propel the person on the mat to surprising heights and

cause the body to move in a variety of extreme and unusual directions. Use the

trampoline only if you are physically fit. In case of a doubt, consult a doctor be-

fore using the product.

•     Improper or excessive training could damage your health.

•   Prior to any use of the trampoline, check the correct attachment of the safety

padding (2).

•     When getting on the trampoline, do not step on the trampoline frame – danger

of tip over!

INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY

After removing the trampoline parts from the packaging, please check them for

completeness. If parts are missing, please contact our service. Please use gloves

to protect your hands from being crushed during assembly.

Alternately lay the frame parts (3) and legs (4) of the trampoline frame on the floor

and insert them into each other as shown. To prevent loosening of the connectors,

first hook a spring (5) into the openings on the right and left of the legs (4). (Fig. 1.)

Spread the jump mat (1) face-up inside the frame on the floor. When inserting the

coil springs (5) into the frame, make sure that they snap completely into place and,

if necessary, push them down as well. Then hook the springs (5) into the respective

eyelets on the jump mat (1). CAUTION! When attaching the springs, your fingers can

get crushed by the tube connections, because the trampoline stretches.

Choose any eyelet on the jump mat. Attach one each of two springs that are next to

each other there and in the eyelet to the right. For even distribution of the spring

tension and thus for ease of assembly, the springs should be alternately hung on

opposite sides of the jump mat. The first sequence is 1 and 2, followed by 16 and

17, followed by 9 and 10, followed by 24 and 25. Retain this type of opposite hoo-

king until all the springs are connected. (Fig. 2)

If you notice that you have missed a hole and eyelet, loosen and secure the springs

so that the holes on the frame match the eyelets. If you need more traction than by

hand, use the enclosed spring compressor (6) to bring the spring and jump mat

together (Figures 3a - 3c).

Finally, clamp the edge cover (2) over the trampoline frame so that the springs and

the frame are completely covered (Fig. 4.).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

THE TRAINING ON THE TRAMPOLINE

Before you ‘let it rip’, we recommend some basic practise exercises on the

trampoline. We have collected a few suitable exercises here and recommend you to

do them one after the other (warming up) and do them again after your training for

cooling down to support muscle regeneration and enhance blood circulation after

the training. Light stretching exercises after the training will also be helpful.

Basic exercises on the trampoline for the warm-up and cool-down phase

We recommend that each exercise shown here is performed 10 times in a row.

Contact bounce (Fig. A.1)

Stand on the trampoline with your hands about a shoulder-width apart, bend your

knees slightly. With the hands placed on the hips. Start with slight hops, so that

your feet are „just about“ in the air. This exercise is also especially suitable for a

beginner as an aid to becoming a bit familiar with the new sport device.

Foot tap (Fig. A.2)

Position yourself on the trampoline in the same manner as described in the „Contact

Bounce“. Now shift your weight alternatingly from one side to the other, while

respectively shortly lifting the unburdened foot and tap it on the side („tap“). Then

return to the basic position and shift the weight to the other side, again „tap“, etc.

Hamstring curls (Fig. A.3)

While performing the „Contact Bounce“, shift your weight to one side. Then always

touch the trampoline only with one foot while slightly bending the knee of the other

leg backwards.

Side to side (Fig. A.4)

In this exercise, position yourself as shown with both feet together on one side

and then jump to the other side, where you again land with both feet together, etc.
