4.2 Scheduling a Conference

After setting the GK parameters and adding the MCU and participants, you can initiate and
schedule a conference on the SMC2.0.

Before scheduling a conference, ensure that:



The SMC2.0 embedded GK is online



An MCU has been added to the SMC2.0.



At least two participants have been added to the SMC2.0. The participants and the MCU
have registered with the embedded GK and are online.
