About Conference ID

To join a video conference on 
the StarLeaf cloud platform, 
ensure that your endpoint has 
correctly interconnected with 
the platform and you have 
obtained the conference ID 
from the organizer.

If joining a conference using 
the conference ID failed, check 
whether the H.323 number can 
be found on the home screen 
of the user interface. If it is not 
found, activate the StarLeaf
cloud platform by following the 
instructions in the 

Configuration Guide

.
