1.2 Personnel Requirements

thorough training, understand all necessary safety precautions, and be able to
correctly perform all operations.

operate, and maintain the equipment.
ɲ KÊÃăßñ†Ã²Ēžš professionals are allowed to remove safety facilities and inspect
the equipment.
ɲ WžàäÑÊʞÃý¯Ñý²ÃÃÑݞà†ìžì¯žžßñ²ÝɞÊìȀ²Ê”Ãñš²ÊªÑݞà†ìÑàäȀìà†²Êžš
personnel, and professionals, should possess the local national required
ßñ†Ã²Ē”†ì²ÑÊä in special operations such as high-voltage operations, working
at heights, and operations of special equipment.
